In my role as Senior Client Services Specialist, I work closely with a subset of Community Financial Group's financial professionals to help ensure we’re meeting our clients’ needs. That means that I’m often working directly with clients, but also handling operational items behind the scenes of the firm. Ultimately, my main goal is to reduce stress for our clients in any way I can.
I have more than 20 years of experience in customer-supporting positions and in managing teams to provide exceptional service. I brought this experience with me when I joined the team at Community Financial Group’s Fredericksburg office in 2019.
I am originally from Prince George’s County in Maryland, but recently moved to Colorado from Virginia so I could be closer to family. I am the oldest of four sisters, and I love being an aunt to my three nephews. I enjoy watching baseball, especially the Washington Nationals, and Marvel movies and TV shows. My biggest hobby is knitting and crocheting, which I do for my own enjoyment as well as for charities. I help complete unfinished projects for those who are ill or have passed away, and return them to their loved ones through the Loose Ends Project. I have also helped complete handmade items for different charities through CraftingChange.org.
