I am a Financial Professional at the Richmond office of Community Financial Group. I joined my current broker-dealer, now Equitable Advisors, in 2017 and became part of the CFG team in 2020. My main areas of concentration are helping my clients with investments, employee benefits, and retirement planning.
I currently hold my FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 66 registrations, and my Life and Health licenses. In 2021, I earned my Certified Retirement Education Specialist (CRES) Designation to better serve my clients. Before joining the team here, I spent several years exploring different occupations, trying to find a career that was the right fit for me. I soon realized that my favorite part of every job I had was cultivating relationships and helping people. This profession allows me to do that every day with my clients.
I went to James Madison University on an Art Scholarship and received my B.F.A. In college, I played club golf, and I was the assistant captain on the club ice hockey team. With my background, I am a very visual person. It is natural for me to want to help my clients visualize what they can expect in each phase of their lives.
I hail from Richmond, Virginia, where I also grew up. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching sports, or working on my golf swing at the course. I am hopefully getting my wife, Sarah Jayne, and two boys, Elijah and Beckett, into golf as well.
