As the office coordinator for CFG, I help with scheduling appointments, connecting them with the right people on our team, and coordinating our overall office operations. I joined the team a little less than a year ago. Before entering the financial industry, I was a middle school science teacher for five years and a school librarian for three years. Naturally, I have a passion for teaching and learning, and I love the emphasis that CFG places on educating our clients in their finances.
In fact, it was learning that drew me to the financial industry in the first place. As I learned more about how to use my own money as a tool for my future, I knew that these were lessons other people could benefit from as well. I’m proud to be a part of the CFG team and to help others learn about managing their finances. I love hearing stories from clients who have successfully retired and are enjoying the fruits of their learning and labor!
Growing up in a military family meant living in many places, but now I’m delighted to call Fredericksburg City my home. As a former librarian, my love for reading is no secret; last year, I enjoyed reading over 100 different books! I share my life here with my wonderful husband and our two beloved corgis, who happily keep us on our toes with their playful mischief.
